If and when necessary and only for the purposes of legitimate interest in principle and by the controller, which is also a condition for granting access to the First Certificate in English Exam (FCE), and in compliance with your consent to process data for marketing purposes and receiving commercial information about promotions and offers from Lang LTC sp. z o.o. Please be informed that your data (your first and second name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address) will be made available to Lang LTC staff and the company’s IT servicemen. You are entitled to access your data and demand that it be clarified or removed. You may also call for the processing of your data to be restricted. You have the right to access your data, raise objections to its being processed and submit claims with the proper supervisory body dealing with data processing. We will use your data for as long as necessary in order to accomplish the afore mentioned purposes. Depending on the legal basis, this will be:

• the time required for enabling access to the exam and storing examination results for archiving purposes,
• until consent is withdrawn.
